Meet the Teachers

Rooted in shared values of authenticity and conscious evolution, we come together as a collective of teachers, each bringing our own passion and touch, to create a space where growth, connection, and transformation naturally unfold.

  • Erica is the founder of Soul City and teaches from the heart — with depth, warmth, and a touch of playful lightness.

She believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a path to reconnect with yourself, breathe more freely, and live with authenticity. Her classes invite you to soften, feel, and explore without pressure or expectation.

A certified yoga teacher and somatic trauma release facilitator, Erica intuitively weaves together classical asana, breath awareness, and somatic practices in a trauma-informed way. Her teaching nurtures safety, curiosity, and deep embodiment — not about performing, but listening to the body and honoring what arises.

What Erica stands for is realness. She creates a space where all parts of you are welcome, where compassion, curiosity, and courage guide the way.

Soul City was born from her wish to build a home for honest connection, shared growth, and full-hearted living — a place where the soul gets to breathe.

  • Originally from France, and recently relocated to Zurich, Juliette has been teaching yoga for over five years. • From Miriam’s very first yoga class, a question arose: What is this? Years of teaching later, she still carries that question as a seeker. Trained in Rishikesh in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, Sankhya and Soundhealing, she weaves mantras, Sanskritam, and philosophy into her teaching.
A polyglot and sinologist, Miriam has a love for languages and a deep longing to understand in a world where so much is misheard. She found in yoga a language to discover the Self fully, recognizing the body as its most genuine speaker—a no-pretend, raw voice that expresses truth beyond words.
In her classes, Miriam encourages students to drop formalities and pretenses, to show up unpolished and whole. Practice with her is about meeting whatever arises—distraction, discomfort, or vulnerability—with honesty. To practice imperfection!
And to then meet the knowledge within ourselves.
