Cacao, Breawthwork & Sound Bath I 15th January I 7:15PM-10:00PM
Remember that YOU have the power to heal yourself. And when we heal, we create space. Space for more LOVE, more JOY and FREEDOM.
Join us for an evening of transformational breathwork, connection, healing, and release.
-
Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with the body’s natural tremor response (TRE) to support deep release and regulation.
Conscious connected breathing helps you access an expanded state of awareness. Once the body feels safe, the natural tremor mechanism can activate, allowing stored physical tension and emotional patterns from past experiences to unwind.
This combination creates a safe, embodied space where stress and trauma can be released in a way that is organic, intuitive, and integrated, supporting you to reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for healing and resilience
We’ll begin by arriving together in connection, then explore the topic of trauma and breathwork From there, we’ll move into gentle movement to prepare the body for a Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork journey.
Ending with integration and closing circle.
These breathwork sessions are held in small groups of no more than 10 people to ensure that each participant receives personal attention and care
Prices- choose what suits you best:
Mindful receiving (low on income) CHF 80
Conscious Contribution CHF 90
Abundant Contribution CHF 110.
Breath to Brush I 25th January I 1PM-6:30PM
Unfolding through Breath and Paint.
An immersive afternoon of movement, breathwork, and intuitive painting, a journey of release, integration, and creative self-expression.
-
We’ll begin with gentle movement to open the body, followed by a deep, guided somatic breathwork journey to release and expand from within. After this inner exploration, we’ll pause for a nourishing break with light snacks and tea, a moment to ground and integrate.
In the second part of the afternoon, you’ll unleash your creativity guided by your intuition in the abstract painting workshop led by Alejandra Abad, a Swiss-Ecuadorian artist whose work celebrates the beauty of self-expression and the transformative power of creativity. Inspired by music, dance, nature, and the vibrant spectrum of human experiences, Alejandra invites participants to explore their creativity through attentive listening and the gentle guidance of intuition.

This workshop invites you into a different relationship with your inner world, one where emotions are no longer minimized or pushed aside, but given space to be felt.
We begin by meeting emotions with curiosity, allowing them to have a place instead of making them small or unimportant. From there, we explore how the energy within emotions can become a source of inner strength and clarity, rather than something that overwhelms or confines us.
As you learn to listen in this way, emotions stop feeling like uninvited guests. They begin to reveal themselves as meaningful messengers.
This shift has changed my own life profoundly. It helped me move from spirals of worry, shame, and grief to sensing what my body is asking for. It helped soften anxiety, settle depression, and gently bring me home to myself again.. During these three hours, you will learn simple, practical tools to navigate your emotions through the language of the body, so you can meet life with more clarity, steadiness, and inner connection.
What we’ll explore together: -
Movement
What are emotions - Different types of emotions
Breathwork techniques to help you increase your window of tolerence
Tools to staying present with emotions - How to stay connected to your emotional world in daily life
