Meditation, Breathwork, Movement (MBM) Workshop I 1 March I 2PM - 4:30PM
This workshop is dedicated to breathwork as a practical and accessible tool for physical, mental, and emotional regulation.
Faciliated by Andrei
-
The practice begins with a short meditation to arrive and create focus. From there, we explore a range of breathing techniques, including slow, rhythmic, and more activating patterns, as well as breath holds. Movement is used to support the breath — through repetitive actions, twists, gentle jumps, and coordination — helping the breath reach different areas of the body and creating space physically and mentally.
Throughout the workshop, breath and movement are combined in a clear and functional way, allowing participants to experience the effects of breathwork on energy, concentration, and inner clarity. The practice gradually settles into a cooldown with quiet postures, breath awareness, and a final meditation for integration.
Suitable for all levels.

Why Ayurveda & Breathwork
Somatic regulation shows us how the nervous system can be supported in the moment.
Ayurveda shows us how to shape daily life so regulation can last.In this workshop, you’ll explore stress from an Ayurvedic perspective and learn how digestion, nourishment, and grounding nutrition — as well as how, what, and when we eat — influence nervous system regulation.
What we’ll explore
How daily routines, sleep, seasonal rhythms, and the menstrual cycle support long-term balance and stability
Breathwork practices as a tool for acute nervous system regulation
How breathwork and Ayurveda can be combined into practices that are realistic and supportive in everyday life
What to expect
We’ll arrive together, explore stress and regulation through the lens of Ayurveda, and practice short, gentle somatic breathwork techniques designed for everyday integration.
