Ayurvedic Wisdom & Breathwork for women health, stress & nervous system regulation I 3rd May, 2pm-4:30pm

True nervous system regulation doesn’t come from self-optimization. It becomes possible when the way we live supports balance rather than works against it.

Join us for an afternoon where Ayurvedic wisdom and breathwork come together to explore sustainable stress reduction and nervous system balance specific related to women’s health.

Facilitated by Eliane & Erica

  • Why Ayurveda & Breathwork

Somatic regulation shows us how the nervous system can be supported in the moment.
Ayurveda shows us how to shape daily life so regulation can last.

In this workshop, you’ll explore stress from an Ayurvedic perspective and learn how digestion, nourishment, and grounding nutrition — as well as how, what, and when we eat — influence nervous system regulation.

    What we’ll explore

    • How daily routines, sleep, seasonal rhythms, and the menstrual cycle support long-term balance and stability

    • Breathwork practices as a tool for acute nervous system regulation

    • How breathwork and Ayurveda can be combined into practices that are realistic and supportive in everyday life

    What to expect

We’ll arrive together, explore stress and regulation through the lens of Ayurveda, and practice short, gentle somatic breathwork techniques designed for everyday integration.

We’ll close with grounding and integration, supporting you in taking what you’ve learned back into daily life.

Price CHF 110 or come with a friend and pay CHF 90 each
