Breathwork Journey I 18th June I 7:15 PM
Our bodies carry an incredible intelligence. They learn, adapt, protect, and develop patterns that help us navigate life's challenges. Yet sometimes, even when we understand these patterns, we still find ourselves reacting, shutting down, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck.
This evening offers an opportunity to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
-
Through Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork—a combination of conscious connected breathing and specific body postures that support the release of deeply held tension—we create space to explore what is ready to be felt, expressed, or released.
Together, we will gently inquire:
What am I carrying?
What no longer needs so much protection?
What might become possible if I felt a little more freedom, connection, and ease within myself?
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and yourself.

Partner Yoga 2nd July I 7:30PM -8:45 PM
Tap into the heat of the summer and share a moment of connection with someone you love: a partner, a date, a dear friend, or a family member.
As the days grow long and hot, this partner yoga class invites you to move, breathe, and connect in a rather gentle, but deeply meaningful way. Through soft movements, shared breath, and simple partner stretches, you’ll make time for presence, ease, and a touch of playfulness together.
-
Expect a warm, uplifting atmosphere where laughter is welcome and connection can come naturally.
This class is open to all levels and all kinds of duos (no acro yoga), whether romantic, platonic, or somewhere in between.
Come as you are, bring someone you care about, and celebrate spring with a light-hearted moment of connection.
Miram and Yoav will be leading this class.
Couple Ticket: CHF 76.-
Sound Bath I 12th July I 7:30-9:00 PM
A multi-instrumental journey for the nervous system.
Lie back, let your body settle into the floor, and allow yourself to be carried. This is a sound journey woven from healing instruments — tibetant and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, guitar and voice — layered slowly so that one texture dissolves into the next.
-
We begin by guiding you into stillness through yoga nidra, the practice of conscious rest. From there, the sound takes over. As the layers build and move around the room, your breath slows, your thinking mind quiets and your nervous system finds its way back to rest.
You don't need to do anything here. Just arrive, lie down, and receive.
What sound reaches is the part of us that words and effort can’t, the place beneath the thinking mind where the body holds its tension and its stories. As the nervous system shifts out of its habitual guarding and into rest, something loosens. You may notice it as deep relaxation, or as a quiet sense of having returned to yourself. It tends to stay with you long after the last instrument fades.
Come on comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you wish to write after the journey. We'll hold the rest.

Kirtan I 10th July I 7:30-8:45 PM
Devotional chanting, sung together.
Kirtan is one of the oldest practices of the heart. The call-and-response singing of mantra, simple phrases repeated and woven into melody. You don't need to know the words or consider yourself a singer. The voices around you carry you and before long you find yourself part of the sound rather than performing it.
-
Led on harmonium, guitar and voice, each chant builds slowly, gathering energy as the room sings together. When a group of people raise their voices in the same direction, the separateness softens, the heart opens and what remains is a feeling of belonging that's hard to name and easy to recognize.
Come as you are. Sing loud, sing quiet, or simply listen. This is a practice of community, presence, and devotion and there's a seat for you in it.
