ROOM RENTAL

Are you looking for a space to host your own class, workshop or event?

We offer two rooms for rent at our Studio at Dienerstrasse 10 in 8004 Zürich. The Studio is hidden in backyard in Kreis 4, just a 5 minutes walk from the Zürich Mainstation or Helvetiaplatz.

The space can be used for different purposes, for example: yoga, pilates, breathwork, cacao ceremonies or any movement lessons. In addition for pop ups and private or corporate events.

YOGA SHALA

Where the magic happens.
The cozy yoga shala on the first floor welcomes you with a very warm ambience, dimmable bulbs and a changing room on the same floor.

Usage: Yoga, Movement, Medidation, Cacao Ceremonies, etc.
Square Meters: ca. 54m² (fits 12 students for yoga)
Material: 12 yoga mats, 20x blocks, 12x blankes, x 10 eye pillows

BASEMENT

Grounding engery.
The basement has a nice industrial look and can be used in a variety of settings.

Usage: Yoga, any movement class, events, art exhibition, pop up, presentation or lecture, etc.

Material: 10x yoga mats, 10x blocks, 10x blankets

COMMUNUAL AREA

The heart of Soul City. Where connections are made and friendships are forged.

Usage: pop ups, lectures / presentations, brunches, apéros, etc.
Square meters: ca. 60m²
Space: seated ca. 20 people
Facilities: tables and chairs, dishes, water boiler, fridge, sink, dishwasher, 2 toilets, 1 shower

REGULARLY SCHEDULED LESSONS

*one class per week

• Incl. 10 min preparation and 5 min post-processing time
• Incl. ~30 min stay in the communal area after class (to have a tea and talk, connect, exchange and reflect)
• Water boiler, teapot, mugs and glasses can be used
• Minimum rental period: 3 months, after 3 months 1 months notice.

WORKSHOPS

• Incl. 30 min preparation and 30 min post-processing time
• Water boiler, teapot, mugs and glasses can be used
